A false positive occurs when a Web site, URL, "infected" file, or email message is
incorrectly determined by filtering software to be of an unwanted type. For example,
a legitimate email between colleagues might be detected as spam if a job-seeking filter
does not distinguish between resume (to start again) and resumé (a summary of work experience).
You can reduce the number of future false positives in the following ways:

               -

Update to the latest pattern file (virus, spam, and so on).
-

Exempt the item from scanning by adding it to an Approved List.

Report the false positive to Trend Micro.
