Enabling the Weighted Priority Election process allows the device with the highest
weight to always be selected as the parent member. Disabling Weighted Priority Election
process means the current parent member remains the parent device even when a new
member with a higher weight is added into the cluster.
The weight is the user-defined priority of the member in the cluster. If two members
have the same weight assigned, there will still be one parent and one child, but the
selection of the parent member is based on an internal algorithm. If you enable Weighted
Priority Election, cluster members are prohibited from having equal weights.
