Administration > Support | Network Packet Capturing tab
Administrators can analyze traffic with this feature that allows packet captures for selected interfaces or a single interface. See About Network Packet Capturing for more information.
In the Network Packet Capturing tab, select the appropriate interface(s) from the Available column.
Click Add to add the appropriate interface(s) separately or Add All to move the selected interfaces to the Selected column.
If needed, click Remove or Remove All to remove interfaces from the Selected column.
Click Start Capturing. The elapsed time displays.
To stop the capturing before it completes, click Stop Capturing.
Note: Trend Micro recommends capturing packets for a minimum of <<xx seconds/minutes>> to achieve enough information for proper traffic analysis. The length of time needed will vary, depending on the volume of traffic
When the capture finishes, select the appropriate generated files, or select all.
Select an action:
Click Download and browse to save the capture file to a directory.
Click Delete to delete the generated files and click OK.
