How Do I monitor IWSVA performance?

This version of IWSVA does not include a dedicated performance monitor (such "perfmon" for Windows stand-alone mode or "perfmonicap for ICAP).

To check IWSVA performance:

1. From the main IWSVA menu, click Logs > Settings  > Reporting Logs and then choose Gather performance data.

2. Accept the default interval of three minutes, and then click Save. Allow one to two hours before checking the logs for a body of data to develop.
   
   From this same screen, you can also log URL filtering (access) events.

• Caution: Performance and access logging can consume a considerable amount of CPU cycles. You should only enable this monitoring for temporary periods.
