Manual Update Parent topic

You can perform a manual server and Mobile Device Agent update in the Manual tab on Updates screen. You should have already configured the download source in the Source screen (see Specifying a Download Source for more information).

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Mobile Security administration web console.
  2. Click Administration → Updates.
    The Updates screen displays.
  3. Click the Manual tab.
  4. Select the check box of the component you want to update. Select the Anti-Malware Components, Agent Installation Packages and/or Server Version check box(es) to select all components in that group. This screen also displays the current version of each component and the time the component was last updated.

  5. Click Update to start the component update process.
