Installation Method I Parent topic

This method enables you to download and install the MDA directly on a mobile device from iTunes store or a specified URL.

Procedure

  1. Follow the installation steps for your Mobile Security iOS app version.
    • Full version
      1. Go to the Apple store and search for the app Trend Micro ENT Security.
      2. Tap Install.
    • Security scan only
      1. Go to the download URL specified in the invitation email.
      2. Download and install the Mobile Security iOS app.
  2. Before you can start using Mobile Security, you need to perform the following steps.
    1. On your iOS device, go to General → Profiles & Device Management.
    2. Tap Trend Micro Incorporate (Ent).
    3. Tap Trust "Trend Micro Incorporate (Ent)".
