Configuring Active Directory (AD) Settings Parent topic

Trend Micro Mobile Security 9.8 SP5 Critical Patch 6 provides you the option to configure user authentication based on the Active Directory (AD). Once configured, you can also use your corporate Active Directory to add mobile devices to the device list.
If you do not want to use Active Directory for user authentication or if you do not want to add users from the Active Directory, then you do not need to configure this setting.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Mobile Security administration web console.
  2. Click Administration → Active Directory Settings.
  3. Type the host name or its IP address, its port number, your domain user name and your password.
  4. Click Save.
