Importing a Certificate Parent topic

If you obtained a certificate from a CA or if your CSR is signed by a CA and returned to you, import it into IMSVA.

Procedure

  1. Go to AdministrationIMSVA ConfigurationTransport Layer Security.
    The Transport Layer Security screen appears with the Messages Entering IMSVA tab displayed by default.
  2. Click the SMTP and HTTPS Certificates tab.
    The SMTP and HTTPS Certificates screen appears.
  3. Click Import under SMTP and HTTPS Certificate List.
    The Import Certificate screen appears.
  4. Select the certificate file and private key file that you want to import.

    IMSVA only supports certificates in PEM format and private keys using the RSA algorithm.
    If you saved your certificate and private key in the same file, specify the path for Certificate file. IMSVA will import the certificate and private key together.
  5. Optional: Specify the password to decrypt the private key file.

    The password is required only when the private key file is encrypted.
  6. Click Import.
