Troubleshooting: TMCM agent connection Parent topic

The amount of information to log for the Control Manager agent is configurable in the Product.ini file. The Control Manager agent writes information to the EntityMain.log file. The Product.ini and EntityMain.log files are located in the following directory:
/var/iwss/ISAGENT_MCP
Control Manager Agent Logging Parameters and Definitions Under the [Debug] Section in the Product.ini File
  • Mode
    • 0 = debug disabled
    • 1 = display debug strings
    • 2 = debug is written to file
    • 3 = display debug strings + debug is written to file
  • Level
    • 0 = exceptions
    • 1 = failures
    • 2 = information
    • 3 = functions
