  • If you have changed User ID modes during the report time interval, you may get only partial report results depending on your report query.
  • If your User ID method is "No Identification", user information will not be available for user-specific reports.
  • If you have changed the method of user identification within a reporting period, the data will be split between the previous User ID and the current one. Your top 10 reports will be affected.
