Obtaining an Activation Code Parent topic

You can activate IWSVA at the deployment wizard for the admin account first time to login or later from the IWSVA console. To activate IWSVA, you need to have an activation code.
Obtaining an Activation Code
You can use a registration key to obtain an activation code online.
To obtain an Activation Code online:
  1. Open the IWSVA console and click Administration > Product License.
  2. Click the Trend Micro Product Registration Server link at the top of the page or go to:
    https://olr.trendmicro.com/registration/us/en-us/product_login.aspx?pc=IH&ap=ZZ&os=VS&lang=E&majorVer=2&minorVer=0
  3. For new customer registration, click Register your product.
    1. The Enter Registration Key screen appears. Use the registration key that comes with your product (Trend Micro Enterprise Solution CD or License Certificate). Click Continue, and then click I CONFIRM.
    2. From the Confirm Product Information screen, click Continue with Registration to confirm all the product information. Next, type all the required contact information in the fields provided and click Submit.
    3. In the next screen, click Edit to update your contact information and click OK to continue.
    4. The Activation Code screen appears to inform you that your activation code will be sent to your registered email address.
    5. Click OK.
  4. For an existing user registration, type your log in ID and password in the fields provided, and then click Login. You need to change your password after logging on for the first time.
    1. The My Products screen appears. Click Add Products and type the Registration Key on the field provided. To edit the profile of your company, click View/Edit Company Profile.
    2. Your activation code appears on the screen. To receive a copy of your activation code through your registered email address, click Send Now.
