User Notification Message
This notification is for the protocol that sets a block in the Application Control policy. If the protocol cannot use the browser, no notification page appears. Users might also have the option to:
  • Review the certificate
  • Continue accessing the Web site (not recommended) without decrypting and checking HTTPS traffic
The text of the notification message can be customized:
  • Headline—Type the header line to appear in the browser. The default headline is Trend Micro InterScan Web Security Event (%h). The headline is common for virus infection messages, file type blocking, and URL blocking messages.

    The URL tokens %U, $$DETAILS and %c can only be used in the main body.
  • You can design your own notification page using any HTML editor, then Import the page to IWSVA (for example, if you want to display company branding, or provide a link to additional resources).
  • You can append a custom message to the IWSVA default by selecting both the Default and Customized options.
