Access quota policies allow you to assign HTTP bandwidth limits to users of the LAN.
You can assign different limits to different users, or groups. Quotas can be daily,
weekly, or monthly.
To add (create) a new Access Quota policy:

From the main IWSVA menu, click HTTP > Configuration > Access Quota Policies.

In Specify Access Quota Per: select a time period for the policy, that is, how long to tally bandwidth usage
before restarting. Web usage in excess of the total allowed within a given time period
will be rejected.

Click Add....

Choose Enable policy in the Add Policy window that appears.

Choose how you want to limit access to users within this policy:

Type the number of megabytes you want users within this policy limited to (valid range
is from 1MB to 99,999MB (99GB).

Click Unlimited access to exempt users within this policy from any bandwidth limits.

Next, define who you want the policy to apply to. Depending on the method of user
identification you have configured in Administration > IWSVA Configuration > User Identification | User Identification, enter one or more of the following and then click Add>.

Click Save, and in the Access Quota Policies page that appears, click Deploy Policies to upload the policy to the policy database.
