Problem
The message "HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden" appears when a client is redirected to a
user notification message after attempting to download or view prohibited content.
Reason
The IWSVA messages are being over-ridden by the client's "Friendly" error messages.
Solution
For the affected client(s), open the Internet Explorer Web browser and then click
Tools > Internet Options and select the Advanced tab. Clear the Show friendly HTTP error messages checkbox.
