Problem
Error reports, or messages, appear in the logs; the report.log is not being written
to the database.

Reason
These messages occur if the ODBC database used by IWSVA is disabled or the connection
lost. Logging continues to occur, but the results have to target on which to write.
Solution
If the database is on the IWSVA server, open a Linux shell and then restart the service.
If the database is on another server, check the network connection, ODBC connection
settings, and whether the database daemon is running.
