Create client Web notification Parent topic

You can create custom Web notifications, using any HTML editor and then import the page in IWSVA. Imported pages will not retain formatting from a Cascading Style Sheet, or DHTML effects. Use embedded styles. If you plan to include hyperlinks, use the Preview button to confirm that your hyperlinks are valid from the new context.
IWSVA supports importing notifications for the following events:
  • Applets and ActiveX Instrumentation
  • Data Loss Prevention
  • FTP Blocked File Types
  • FTP Scanning
  • HTTP/HTTPS Blocked File Type
  • HTTP/HTTPS Scanning (downloaded and uploaded files)
  • HTTPS Access Denied
  • HTTPS Certificate Failure
  • URL Access Warning
  • URL Access Override
  • URL Blocking by Access Control
  • URL Blocking by HTTP Inspection
  • URL Blocking by URL Filtering
  • URL Filtering by Time Quota

  1. In the main IWSVA menu, click Notifications.
