The IWSVA scan engine can extract and scan files compressed using any of the most
popular compression types (listed below). IWSVA can also check for viruses being "smuggled"
within nested compressions, for example, an infected file that is zipped, ARJ-compressed,
MS-compressed, and zipped again.
The maximum number of recursive scan layers is 20; you can set this limit from both
the HTTP Virus Scan Action and FTP Virus Scan Action console pages.
