You can add a URL type exception item using the settings on this page.
HTTP > HTTPS Decryption > Settings > Certificate Verification Exception | Add
To add a certificate verification exception:

Under Add a New Exception section, enter the following information:

Common Name: the common name of the Web site you visited.

Action: the action to be taken when certificate of the Web site fails to pass the
verification.

Description: description for the exception item.

Click Save.
