The
first step in adding a rule is configuring the following:
- Route
- A specific "To" and "From" combination that includes a recipient's and sender's
email addresses, LDAP users or groups, or address groups. You can also configure
exceptions to a route.
- Route type
- The direction of SMTP traffic, POP3 traffic, or all traffic.
