ScanMail.
Registering
ScanMail entitles
administrators to standard support and telephone and online technical support. The
length of the
maintenance agreement depends on the contract arranged with the
Trend Micro representative, but is usually 12
months.
Administrators must register and activate ScanMail to enable updates (even when using an evaluation-version
Activation Code).
