Scheduled Reports Parent topic

The Scheduled Reports screen provides a list of all reports that automatically generate on a user-defined schedule. You can use this screen to view basic information about previously configured scheduled reports, report content, recipients, as well as enabling and disabling scheduled reports.
The following table outlines the available tasks on the Scheduled Reports screen.

Description
Enable sending scheduled reports
Select the Send scheduled reports check box to enable scheduled reports.
Edit scheduled report content
Select the type of content you want to include in your report.

Send scheduled reports
Set the frequency and time for the scheduled reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Scheduled tasks will be skipped for the months that do not contain the specific day. To carry out the task regularly, we recommend avoiding the 29th, 30th, or 31st.
Specify scheduled report recipients
A valid email address is required for specifying the report recipients.

Ensure that your SMTP server settings are properly configured in order to send scheduled reports.
