Procedure

1. Go to Agents in the navigation at the top of the web console.
   The Agent Management screen appears.
2. Select one or more agents and groups.
3. Click Send Command and select Add Trusted USB Device.
   The Add Trusted USB Device screen appears.
4. Specify at least one of the following information for the trusted USB device:
   • Vendor ID
   • Product ID
   • Serial number

5. Click Deploy to deploy the setting to the selected agents or groups.

   Note To view the list of trusted USB devices on an endpoint, export the agent settings. To manually configure the trusted USB device list on an endpoint, do one of the following: Export the agent settings, make changes, and then import the updated settings file Use the SLCmd command
