If you are running Safe Lock Intelligent Manager on Windows 2003 or earlier versions, we recommend applying the hotfix for enforcing TLSv10 (tmsl_20_win_en_hfb_enforce_TLSv10.exe) to avoid possible communication issues between the Intelligent Manager and the agent.
